{Tai Pan Trading Company}

I am so excited to finally get one of these stores here in California. They are currently only located in Utah. I have never been to one but I have heard so many great things about this store. They are opening one up in Rancho Cucamonga across from the Ontario Mills Mall on October 20th. I can't wait to see what all the fuss is about. I hear the prices are very good too.

If you would like to sell something there is no charge but you will need to have your items at my home that morning. I think this will be a fun way to make some extra money as well as to get a few gifts. It will be set up as an open house so that people can come and go as they choose. Please tell as many people as you know I am hoping to make this a yearly tradition.

{true or false?}

There is a rumor going around that In-N-Out will be selling their menu items for the same price as they did the day they opened 60 years ago. October 22nd is their 60th anniversary and it says that Cheeseburgers $ .30, Hamburgers $ .20, fries $ .15 and drinks $ .10.

I did some research and this is what I found.

"Having received conflicting answers from In-N-Out corporate representatives and various individual stores, we can't yet say whether this offer is genuine. At this point, it appears In-N-Out will be having some kind of special offering related to a 60th anniversary promotion, but it's not clear what that offering will be, or whether it will be uniformly available at all In-N-Out outlets."

My feeling is that they are going to do it but they don't want people to know until the day of. But we will see. If anyone hears anything different let me know.
